Extreme Custom Billiards, Inc. (herein referred to as XCB) warrants to the original purchaser that if any defects in materials or workmanship appear during the lifetime of the original owner, XCB, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective component or components of the billiard table with no charge to the owner. This warranty includes three (3) years on decals. This warranty does not include normal wear, the billiard cloth, playing equipment and accessories, or services provided to install the table.

Should any defect of materials or workmanship appear during the lifetime of the original owner whose name appears below, written notice of such defect should be forwarded immediately to XCB at the address shown below. All claims for warranty must be made in writing. Components deemed to be defective should be returned to XCB, freight prepaid. If, after inspection, the components are determined by XCB to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced and returned prepaid by conventional surface freight. Any costs or charges required to disassemble, prepare for return and reassemble will be the sole responsibility of the owner. Replacement or repair of defective components shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the product.

The above warranties do not apply in case of defects judged by XCB to have occurred as a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, fire, flood, storm, earthquake or other catastrophe, alteration, misuse, abuse or neglect of the components affected, or to billiard tables used in an institutional or commercial location. This warranty does not imply replacement of the entire billiard table, but does cover replacement or repair of proven defective components.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. XCB neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for XCB any other obligation or liability in connection with said billiard table. This warranty is not a transferable agreement and applies only to the original owner.
